We are wedding planners and photographers based in Jalandhar, Chandigarh, New Delhi and Goa, we work Pan India , and cover india's most of the big cities Payment Criteria : 30% on Booking 50% on First day of event. 20% on Delivery photos for album. Booking Terms & Conditions: 1. Payments must be done as mentioned, otherwise no further requests will be entertained. 2. Raw data will only be delivered after 100% of payment and upon completion of project. 3. No revision of printed Albums. 4. Only 2 Revisions for Traditional videos. 5. Extra charges applicable as dates changed By client after finalizing of project ammount. Or additional day required or extention of timing in small functions given in quotation. 6. Kindly mention the exact function timings. And number of the events to be happen on the day. 7. HDD to be provided by client or 10K EXTRA (for 500 GB SSD), if client ask photographer to bring new one. {To be paid at the booking time} 8. NO RESPONSIBILITY OF PHOTOGRAPHER IN CASE OF DATA CURUPT/ CRASH. {Client's HDD} 9. NO REFUND OF BOOKING AMMOUNT IN CASE. OF EVENT CANCELLED BY CLIENT. ( REFUND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF VALID REASON WILL BE PROVIDED with documented proof). 10. Client has to sign the agreement. For booking to be confirmed. 11. Every Critical Communication will be written through E-mails or what's app, verbal requests neither are Valid and will not be entertained. 12. PR MOTIONS ENTERTAINMENT reserves the RIGHT to Post photo and Video on Social media for Promotional Purposes. 13. PR MOTIONS ENTERTAINMENT reserves the RIGHT to shut off the operations in the middle of the event if any kind behavior issue occurred from the Client Side. (its clients responsibility to keep their friends and relatives under Control after they are “DRUNK”) WE DONNOT TOLERATE DISRESPECT BEHAVIOUR OF ANY KIND.
